Brenna has over 20 years experience in teaching drama. She has a B.A (Theatre) and a
diploma of drama teaching A.S.D.A. She studied intensively at some of Sydney’s premier
drama and dance schools including McDonald College Performing Arts School, A.T.Y.P,
Ross Coleman’s Performing Arts Centre and is a member of the NSW Speech and Drama
Association.
Brenna has performed professionally in the entertainment industry since the age of 14,
with such shows as “The Wizz’ the footbridge theatre, ‘Ned Kelly and the City of Bees’ at
The Sydney Opera House and Sinbad at the Zenith theatre. She toured throughout Australia as
a singer/dancer with various concept shows, ‘Tom Jones Show’, ‘Blues Brother’s, and
‘Say You Say Me’ productions.
She has also performed for corporate events, live shows, theatre restaurants, promotional
work and children’s theatre. Brenna performed in her own show Tick Tock Time which she
co-wrote and directed. Tick Tock Time performed throughout Australia in clubs, festivals,
agricultural shows, entertainment centres and the starlight foundation. Her talents took
her on screen where she appeared in films and TV commercials (Diet Coke, Yardley,
Westfield's, Betty Cuthbert story - ABC), just to name a few...
Brenna teaches drama for academies, schools, drama exhibition classes, gifted and
talented workshops and preparing H.S.C drama monologues Brenna also coaches students for their AMEB exams, from
preliminary right through to teaching level. The AMEB (Australian Music Examinations
Board) accreditation is recognised professionally, not only within Australia but also
overseas, where it is one of the most respected bodies in this field.
